We are back to on site meetings at St Davids Church on 12 Mile in Southfield for a few meetings.
Check your Tapas newsletter or the website for information. St Davids has completed all renovations giving us a large, clean space to do asana, meet and have refreshments.

Our next YAGD meeting is scheduled for Sunday, Sept 13th from 12 noon until 2:30 pm. It will be a ZOOM meeting with a link to attend. Keep an eye on your Tapas newsletter/ or our meeting Eblast for information/link to join the meeting. Karen Lutz will be hosting the Zoom meeting.
Usha Shah, one of our newer 2020 members, has agreed to lead a class about Mudras. We will start with a short business meeting, reconnect members meeting then have Usha speak on Mudras. She will go over common Mudras for daily life and get into further detail of some special Mudra areas like detoxing. We are very excited to learn more about this area of our practice!
